    The date went okay. I mean I am super shy around some people, especially the acido thermophiles. They are so aggressive and the acido last night actually spilled his water on me. I don't know if it was on purpose, but I don't want to think the worst in my fellow thermos. But after the acido spilled his water cup on me, he was eating the food off of my plate and then he insulted me. Apparently my flagella wasn't as cool as some other obi's flagella that he has seen. Overall, eh. Since i'm nice I won't say anything bad but at the probably next time I will hang out with the hype and fac more.

    To be honest -- last night's date was an utter disaster. As expected, I was looking forward to going out with the group and fitting in. But with our diverse group (an attempted love fest between acido, fac, hype, obli) it proved to be a challenge. Who do I become in this flurry of conflicting personalities? Perhaps myself... I feel as if this date was a wake up call. How do i be me if i am simply a mirror to my surroundings? a gelatinous blob of morals wrapped in a thermophile shell? able to be melted down and repurposed at any temperature out of my climate zone.

    Hoping these lessons help me find love... its always darkest before the dawn...
