This has been a busy year, largely thanks to some emerging technologies and some really delightful travel. ChatGPT, released back into December, shifted our attention and my priorities a bit, leading to a new listserv on Writing and Artificial Intelligence and a Symposium on the Future of Writing. Also, during a month in New Zealand at the University of Otago, I had the pleasure to collaborate with Dave Ciccoricco and to reflect on 10 years of making Mrs. Wobbles storygames with the kids.
